  • ​Spacious entrance hall with understairs cupboard and stairs to first floor.
  • Living space: kitchen area with double sink unit, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and large fridge freezer.  Built in oven and hob with extractor hood. The kitchen area links to the open plan dining space with table and chairs, leading to the sitting space with a sofa, two armchairs, modern smart television and patio doors onto the outside courtyard.  There are well stocked shelves with novels, local interest books and maps.
  • Large twin bedded downstairs bedroom with two 3ft beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and seating.  This room is available as two singles or can convert to a large super king double bed for a couple.
  • Downstairs bathroom with bath and shower over, vanity unit and WC. Heated towel rail.

UPSTAIRS
  • Upstairs there is a landing, large double bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
  • Shower room with shower, basin and WC.

  • Non-smoking: Please note Abele Tree House, The Coach House and The Doctors’ Rooms is a strictly no smoking area, so please do not smoke indoors or in the garden, thank you.
  • Access: Although a level walk to the beach and town, both The Coach House and Doctors’ Rooms have a step up into the accommodation.
