Breakfast at Abele
Served in the Dining Room from 8.00 – 9.00am
Coffee or tea, cereal, yoghurt, fruit salad or compote, juice and toast
Then either a freshly cooked Aga breakfast with:
Sausage, bacon, mushrooms, tomato, sauteed potatoes and an egg
or
A continental style cold breakfast with cheese, ham and a hardboiled egg
or
A bowl of Aga cooked porridge
We aim to buy all ingredients where possible from local producers. Our favourites are Greendale Farm who prepare all their own meat onsite and hens fed on a natural grain-based diet, Darts Farm – a fun place to visit for their fresh meat and vegetables (and the Aga shop and to have a coffee or lunch) and our local butcher, bakers and greengrocers in Budleigh.

Please note however that food is prepared in our family kitchen where we use and store nuts and dairy products etc. on a daily basis.
