Served in the Dining Room from 8.00 – 9.00am
fresh fruit salad, cereal, yoghurt and juice and a choice of fresh bread to make your own toast
coffee and tea
Please then select either a freshly cooked Aga breakfast with:
sausage, bacon, mushrooms, tomato, sauteed potatoes and an egg
or
a continental style cold breakfast with cheese, ham and a hardboiled egg
or
a bowl of Aga cooked porridge
We aim to buy all ingredients where possible from local producers. Our favourites are Greendale Farm who prepare all their own meat onsite and hens fed on a natural grain-based diet, Darts Farm – a fun place to visit for their fresh meat and vegetables (and the Aga shop and to have a coffee or lunch) and our local butcher, bakers and greengrocers in Budleigh.
Allergy information: Please let us know if you have any allergies or special requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note however that food is prepared in our family kitchen where we use and store nuts and dairy products etc. on a daily basis. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to discuss them with us.
