​Vehicular access is over a bridge from Fore Street. Often there are vehicles parked opposite which may make approach from the west (town centre) awkward. If uncertain, we advise approaching from the east (sea front) as it is easier to swing into the drive.


​The Coach House
  • The external approach is over a surfaced yard.  Off road parking is available within 3 metres of the front door.
  • There are two low steps (20cm and 14cm) up to enter the house.
  • Ground floor internal doorways are a minimum of 63cm wide (bathroom) whilst the kitchen and bedroom doors on the GF are both 73cm wide.  There is a wide double opening patio door to the terrace.
  • The ground floor is on one level with no internal steps.
  • The ground floor bathroom is equipped with a standard bath with shower over with grab rail. The basin has standard lever taps and the WC a dual action push button flush.
  • There is a stairway with winders leading to the first floor bedroom and shower room.

The Doctors Rooms
  • Off road parking is available in a level gravel driveway approximately 25 metres level walk from the front door
  • There are two steps (10cm and 20cm) up to enter the accommodation.
  • Once inside the accommodation is all on the ground floor on one level with no internal steps.
  • Internal doorways are 75cm wide
  • The shower tray is low level easy access with an outward opening hinged door entry. The basin has standard lever taps and the WC a dual action push button flush.
 
 
Bed and Breakfast Accommodation
  • The bedrooms are all situated on the first floor of the house.
  • Off road parking is available in a level gravel driveway approximately 15 metres level walk from the front door
  • There are two steps up (14cm and 18cm) to enter the accommodation.
  • The ground floor is level with no internal steps.
  • There is a gentle carpeted stairway (16cm risers) with handrail and two half landings to the first floor
  • The first floor is level with no internal steps.
  • Bedroom 1,2&3 doors on the first floor are 75cm.  bedroom 4 is 70cm.  Shower room doors are 70cm.
  • There is a slight step up into both shower cubicles in bedrooms 2&3. Bedroom 2 shower is a large walk in shower and bedroom 3 shower has a sliding door access. Both shower cubicles have non slip floor surfaces.
  • There is a grab rail over the bath in bedroom 1.
